At your design session (virtually or in-person), our ring designer will get a final design.

Our designer will start sourcing materials needed for your custom piece.

Next, we'll start on your quote.

We apply any discounts you are eligible for and e-mail the quote to you. We may be able to present a quote at the design meeting depending on the complexity of the project.

Get an approved quote.

You'll be sent your purchase order agreement via e-mail to e-sign and send back to us.

Determine your form of payment. We offer financing, accept all major forms of debit and credit cards.

There is a 75% deposit required to start your custom project. If you are financing and would like to finance the entire project amount, we will have to invoice you for 100% of the project amount—our financing partners will not allow us to restructure your loan once you have applied and completed the purchased.

If a diamond approval is needed for your project, we will order that diamond right after we receive your deposit. When that diamond is at our office, we will get in-touch with you to come to the office and try it on. If you are working with us virtually, your design specialist will send you pictures of your diamond to get your approval. We will need your approval of the diamond(s) to move to the CAD design.

All center diamonds are available for up to 3 exchanges since we don't carry many diamonds in-stock, we do this to make sure you get a diamond you love!

CAD's are produced in 48-72 hours after your diamond approval or inspirational pictures of a custom piece are sent in. A CAD is a (Computer-Aided Design) refers to the use of specialized software to create 3D models of jewelry pieces. The CAD will give you a life-like computerized look at your custom piece. If the project needs to be modified, it will have to be done at this point. Once we have an approved CAD we move into production.

Once your project's CAD is approved, if you didn't finance your project, the remaining 25% balance is due.

Projects can take as long as 1 week to 10 weeks. Our schedule, time of year, and complexity of the project will all factor into the expected completion time of your project. At your design session (in-person or virtually), your projects timeline will be given to you by your ring designer.

Upon completion of your project, we will reach out to you 2 business days before we’re ready to schedule for pick-up, give you the expected ship out date (we will confirm with you all shipping information before we create the shipping label), or schedule an in-person delivery. We work with clients all over the US and occasionally we have the ability to hand deliver a piece if you are not local (this delivery method is subject to availability of the team).
